Our Terms and Conditions
Security
All credit / debit card details are taken through a secure connection which means this is a completely safe payment method. Your personal details including your email address are used by us for ordering, shipping and (with your permission) marketing purposes. They will not be sold or passed on to any third party. Any information provided by you will be treated as confidential.
Your Right to Cancel
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract to purchase goods and receive a full refund. At The Knicker Briagde, we have extended the statutory period, giving you the option to return products to us within 14 days of receipt. Goods MUST be returned complete wth original packaging, with tags / labels intact and unworn / undamaged for refund to be given. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage, please note that we will not refund postage costs. Please note that we do not accept returns on hosiery.

Shipping
Your items will be sent by first class post or by recorded delivery, as resquested by you at checkout. If the items are posted by recorded delivery you will need to sign for their receipt. Most items sent by first class post will fit through a letterbox but some may be too large and you will need to take delivery of them. If you are not home to receive your parcel the postman should leave a card advising you of where and how to collect it. You will have seven days to collect your item for recorded delivery items (3 weeks otherwise), if not collected this will then be returned to us. Should this happen, you will be required to pay for additional postage should you still require delivery.
Items will be posted in discreet packaging, the return address will appear on the envelope but will not include reference to The Knicker Brigade or any suggestion as to the contents.
Goods Not in Stock
We will aim to despatch goods within 2 working days. Should an item be out of stock, we aim to let customers know within 24 hours and offer them an alternative product or a refund of their purchase costs.
We reserve the right to refuse to process purchases of multiple items where we believe the items are being bought for resale.
Complaints
We hope that you will never have cause to complain, but if you do we shall try our best to resolve any issues you have within 5 working days. We want our customers to have a positive experience and enjoy shopping with us, so please contact us to let us know of any problems.
