How do I know my payment will be secure?

We accept immediate payments via a 128 bit secure online process.  This system is entirely secure.  You can also pay via Paypal Express.  Paypal is a universally known and successful payment processing system.  All online payments are made via a secure system (the padlock logo will appear in your PC task bar to show you that the page you are on is encrypted). 

Other Payment Options 

If you do not wish to pay online, you can pay either by:-

• Cheque or postal order.  Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to The Knicker Brigade and posted to The Knicker Brigade, 54 Heatherley Drive, Basford, Nottingham NG6 0FN
• Pay Offline.  PayOffline is the new Internet payment solution developed to enable consumers to buy goods online without credit cards and pay securely with cash or debit cards offline at any one of the 17,000 payzone stores nationwide.  This is ideal for customers who do not have the facility or do not wish to make payments over the internet.  For more information about the Pay Offline service click here

How long will it take to receive my order?

We realise that many customers require their purchases to arrive quickly and cannot be left waiting to see whether their lingerie purchase will arrive, especially if a special occasion is coming up.  In order to avoid disappointment  The Knicker Brigade now only sell those items known to be in stock and ready to send out within two working days.  On the rare occasion that an item is not in stock we will aim to let you know within 24 hours so that you can select an alternative product or receive a full refund.  

If you see an item that you like and your size isn't available, it is likely to be on order from our suppliers.  Please contact us by email to sales@theknickerbrigade.co.uk to let us know what item and size you are interested in and we'll let you know as soon as it arrives!

I need to return my order. What do I need to do?

The Knicker Brigade have a no quibble returns policy.  You can return your items for whatever reason.  Items should be returned intact in their original packaging complete with labels and tags and in an unworn condiiton.  Please note that where items have any sign of wear  (including deodorant or make up marks) or are in sealed packages and this has been broken we are unable to accept your returns and can refuse to issue a refund in these circumstances (unless the item is faulty).  If you have any doubts, just email us for assistance.  See our terms and conditions page for further information.  In the rare event that your goods are received in a damaged or faulty condition, a full refund will be issued.

How will my item be packaged?

Your items will be sent in their original packaging or where goods are not supplied individually wrapped we will tissue wrap your items.  They will be sent in a plain discreet mailing bag or padded envelope and there will be no reference on the packaging as to their contents.  For UK customers, items can be posted either by first class post or by recorded delivery (you are given a choice at checkout).  For overseas customers, packages are sent by Air Mail.

How do I know your brands are good quality?

We only sell products we consider to be of a high quality standard and are confident that our current ranges are fantastic quality and represent excellent value for money.  If we receive any feedback that items are not living up to our expected high standards we will discontinue the products or brand accordingly.
